nPrimary Responsibilities:
nnnBe part of a busy, well established, state-of-the-art practice serving patients in the tri-state region
n
nnProviders practice comprehensive ophthalmology with fellowship trained physicians in cornea, glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, ophthalmic plastic, and reconstructive surgery as well as retinal diseases and surgery
n
nnThe practice offers Femto-second laser assisted cataract surgery and access to an off-campus laser suite for Lasik procedures
n
nnProviders have access to multiple surgical suites and privileges to several ambulatory surgical centers and community hospitals
n
n nPosition Highlights:
nnnCollegial multispecialty group practice with a large referral base

nnExcellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems

nnFull complement of clinical and administrative support teams to assist with patient care, including a dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnUnrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
n
nnBoard Certification or board eligibility in Ophthalmology
n
nnActive and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
n
n nCompensation for this specialty generally ranges from $285,000 - $592,500 annually. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
