Join the CentraCare – St. Cloud Eye Clinic team at the beautiful Sauk Crossing facility! This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance. Join CentraCare as an Ophthalmologist with the CentraCare‑St. Cloud Eye Clinic at the modern Sauk Crossing facility. This established ophthalmology department specializes in cataract surgery with abundant opportunities for sub‑specialty care and outreach as part of a robust regional practice. Work alongside experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists with outstanding ophthalmic technician support in a state‑of‑the‑art clinic equipped with advanced diagnostic technology. This clinic‑employed position offers the stability and resources of a financially strong, nonprofit healthcare system, conveniently located near CentraCare’s expanded surgery center for seamless surgical collaboration.

Full Time | 1.0FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – St. Cloud Eye Clinic
4‑day work week option
Reasonable Call Rotation
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $425,000 - $610,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based (RVU) compensation.

Required:
BE/BC in Ophthalmology
Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
