The Position
Our client is seeking a skilled General Ophthalmologist to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated provider looking for long-term stability, strong earning potential, and ownership opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
$300,000 – $375,000 base salary (depending on experience)
Productivity bonus with total earning potential exceeding $600,000+

Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Active or eligible Michigan medical license
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive ophthalmic evaluations and treatment
Perform medical and surgical management of ocular conditions
Conduct cataract and minor anterior segment surgeries
Collaborate with optometrists and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients on eye health, disease prevention, and treatment options
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Participate in practice growth initiatives and community engagement activities
