nWe are a well-established and growing private ophthalmology practice located in York, Pennsylvania, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered eye care. As our practice expands, we are seeking a dedicated General Ophthalmologist to join our team.
nResponsibilities
nnnProvide comprehensive general ophthalmic care to a diverse patient population
n
nnPerform ocular exams, diagnostics, and surgical procedures as appropriate
n
nnCollaborate with the practice’s glaucoma/retina specialist for comprehensive patient care
n
nnSupport practice growth, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives
n
n nQualifications
nnnMD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency
n
nnBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
n
nnFellowship in Cornea welcomed but not required
n
nnExcellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills
n
nnNew graduates are encouraged to apply

nnDoctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

n nCourses and Training:
nnnBoarded in appropriate specialty. Upon Hire Required and

n nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
nnnTeaching skills.

nnMust have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
