Job description
EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Clinic Lead to manage day-to-day operations at a busy ophthalmology practice. You will oversee staffing, clinic flow, patient relations, inventory, and equipment maintenance, while ensuring compliance with iJCAHPO standards and applicable regulations.
The role requires 2+ years in ophthalmology with leadership experience, COA certification, and strong communication skills. Nextech/ICP familiarity is preferred.
