This well-established Ophthalmology practice is seeking a dedicated physician to join their practice in a partnership track position. The Opportunity

Well-trained, efficient support staff and technicians handle workups and EMR documentation so you can focus on patients
Multi-specialty practice with a strong staff of Ophthalmologists and Optometrists across the region
Convenient access to the practice-owned surgical center, staffed by a team specializing in ophthalmic surgery
Favorable 1:8 call schedule with no weekends, holidays, or nights
Compensation Details
Guaranteed base salary plus lucrative production bonus, paid quarterly
Transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings above the 90th percentile and top earners making $700,000 to $1 million+.
6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week of CME with a $5,000 stipend, up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and more.
