Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Ophthalmologist
Join a dedicated team of 6 experienced ophthalmologists, 3 optometrists, and tenured support staff
Immediate surgical volume - step into an established practice with strong referral patterns and a busy patient schedule from day one
Guaranteed OR time - consistent access to surgical block time allows you to build and maintain a robust surgical practice
Trusted community presence - join one of the region's respected ophthalmology practices with a longstanding reputation for clinical excellence
Long-tenured clinical staff - benefit from an experienced, dedicated support team with extensive knowledge of the practice and patient population

Mentorship and collaboration - work alongside a highly experienced, multispecialty ophthalmology team
Graduated or pending graduation from an accredited training program
Active Maryland license or eligible for Maryland licensure
Board certified or truly board eligible
