Practice Overview
You'll join an established ophthalmology team with a strong market presence.
Use a medically focused, referral-driven model and collaborate with the optometry team.
Focus on comprehensive services with an emphasis on cataract and anterior segment surgery.

Compensation & Benefits
Employed position with a base salary of $400,000 - $450,000 and production incentives
Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice with tail coverage
Generous PTO and CME time, including annual allowance
Potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO, board-eligible or board-certified in Ophthalmology
Fellowship training is welcome, but not mandatory
Residents and fellows encouraged to apply
Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach are required
