Practice Overview:
You ll join a team of three physicians in a medically focused practice.
Emphasis on medical eye disease with minimal routine primary care
Collaborative co-management model with subspecialty support
Large referral base with approximately 300 sources
Schedule:
Flexible clinic hours to accommodate work-life balance
Strong focus on clinic time with procedural opportunities available
No heavy call burden; emphasis on patient care quality
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed salary: $140,000 - $160,000
Production incentives and long-term earning potential

Candidate Requirements:
Optometrist (OD) with residency training preferred
Open to both U.S. and international graduates
