Position Highlights
Glaucoma Specialist opportunity within a highly regarded multispecialty ophthalmology practice
Primary locations include Marietta, Cartersville, and West Cobb, with access to a large established referral network
100% outpatient practice with approximately 35 patients per day
Expected volume of 10-20 surgical cases per week plus 8-15 laser procedures weekly
Initial surgery and laser schedule every other week, with opportunity to expand as volume grows
Practice call only, approximately six one-week assignments per year, with additional compensation provided
No hospital call requirements
Dedicated physician support including a lead ophthalmic technician, scribe, and additional technical staff
Access to two surgery centers with a combined seven operating rooms

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Completion of an accredited Glaucoma Fellowship required
Excellent surgical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care
Practice-building mindset with strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills
2027 fellows and experienced glaucoma specialists encouraged to apply
