Permanent Medical Optometrist Opportunity in Nashville - Starting Salary $140K-$160K, plus 30% of collections Are you ready to join a respected optometry practice in Nashville? Practice Overview:
Join a collaborative team with three experienced physicians.
Referral-driven, medically focused ophthalmology model
Strong in-house subspecialty support in cornea, retina, and glaucoma
Rotating call schedule approximately every 6-8 weeks
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No retail or primary eye care duties
Balance of clinic and procedural time with a manageable workload
Potential for flexible scheduling discussions
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed salary: $140,000 - $160,000
Comprehensive insurance coverage, including malpractice
401(k) with employer match and generous PTO
CME time and allowance with potential signing bonus
Candidate Requirements:
Optometry (OD) degree holders only
Open to both new graduates and experienced optometrists
Residency training is preferred but not mandatory
Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach are essential
