Join our growing team at the UPMC Vision Institute!

The UPMC Vision Institute seeks passionate and driven BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologists to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to UPMC's mission of providing Life Changing Medicine by delivering exceptional eye care to patients in the Pittsburgh area. Work in a collaborative environment with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive team of healthcare professionals. What We Offer:

Practice "True" Comprehensive Ophthalmology: Manage a diverse range of cases, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and more.

Contribute to the Next Generation: Actively participate in teaching and mentoring residents across hospitals, clinics, and operating rooms.

A focus on Community Service: The Comprehensive Eye Service serves as the hub of our community outreach missions. Realize your passion for serving the underserved as part of the Guerrilla Eye Service, Mission of Mercy and eyeVan initiatives.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.

Current Pennsylvania medical licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
