Job description
Vistra Nuclear Operations Company is seeking an Operational Performance Lead to drive Lean Thinking and other Operational Improvement strategies across the site. The role champions a continuous improvement culture, develops capability-building programs, and partners with site leadership to implement OPI initiatives that improve safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.
