Job description
The Big Tool Box Inc in Centennial, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager-Operations to lead Receiving/Warehouse, Rental/Repair, and Cashier/Front-End operations. You will drive uptime, shrink reduction, customer satisfaction, and revenue through hands-on leadership and process improvement.
You will serve as Manager on Duty with authority across the store, overseeing 15–30 associates and partnering with the Store Manager on hiring, training, safety, and compliance initiatives.
