Job description
Oak & Stone is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and foster a team-first culture in Florida. You’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and staff empowerment.
You’ll partner with the GM, hire and train FOH staff, manage labor, schedule effectively, and collaborate with kitchen leadership to maintain quality and efficiency while representing the brand at local events.
