Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Typically 4‑hour shifts
Employment Type: Seasonal, part‑time, OPS (no benefits)
Location: Sanford, FL
Training: Paid training provided
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with print production, finishing, packaging, and order preparation
Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy
Organize and prepare materials for production and delivery
Follow production schedules and workflow priorities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support team members in meeting production deadlines
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical Requirements
Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing 60 pounds or more
Standing for extended periods
Repetitive bending, reaching, and carrying
Ability to perform physical production tasks throughout the shift
