Job description
Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations Planning and Execution to lead a team of Analysts within our distribution organization. You will drive staffing, budgets, throughput, and KPIs, partnering with DC leadership to align on service and cost targets.
You will develop business cases, deliver financial models, and present insights to senior leadership while ensuring consistency across DCs through data-driven processes. A background in distribution and data analysis is essential.
