Job description
Applied Optoelectronics Inc. in Sugar Land, TX, is seeking a Reliability Test Engineer to lead transceiver reliability testing and failure analysis across mechanical, optical, and electrical factors.
You will implement HTOL, ESD, and environmental tests, investigate failure mechanisms, generate GR-468 compliant reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and yield. Experience with SEM/EDS/XRD/TEM is preferred.
