Job description
America’s Best is seeking a General Manager to lead a retail eye care store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional patient service. You’ll manage daily operations, staffing, inventory, merchandising, and reporting, while partnering with the Doctor to ensure high-quality care.
You’ll coach and develop associates, enforce standards, and execute brand initiatives. A strong retail background and customer focus are essential.
