Job description
America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a General Manager in Paramus, NJ to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, coaching, scheduling, and ensure top-quality service while meeting financial goals.
Responsibilities include merchandising, audits, reporting, and partnering with the Doctor to provide high-level eye care. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years retail leadership are preferred.
