Job description
Bailey Nelson is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Brunswick store in New Brunswick. You’ll support the Store Manager and Optometrist, lead the team two days a week, and drive a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection.
You’ll benefit from hands‑on training in optical dispensing and leadership, ongoing coaching from senior leaders, and clear internal progression as we expand across ANZ.
