Optician 1 –Louisville, KY $18–$20/Hour | Patient-Focused OpportunitySee yourself in a career where you get to help people every day?We’re looking for an Optician 1 to join a patient-focused eye care practice in Louisville, KY. If you’re friendly, dependable, organized, and enjoy working with people, this could be a great opportunity to build your skills in the optical and healthcare field.No optical experience? No problem!Optical or healthcare experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings great customer service skills and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do You’ll help create a welcoming, positive experience for patients throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting patientsAnswering phones and helping patients with questionsScheduling appointmentsChecking patients in and outAssisting patients with their optical needsProviding friendly and professional customer serviceHelping patients understand their visit and next stepsHandling front desk and administrative dutiesMaintaining accurate patient informationWorking with the practice team to keep the office running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is positive, personable, professional, and great with people.
