Optometrist - $225,000+ Potential + $15,000 Sign-on + Huge PTO! | East Monroe, LA
Join a thriving, 30-year established, Ophthalmology multi-specialty private practice in East Monroe, Louisiana! This is an excellent opportunity for an Optometrist who enjoys a fast-paced, medically focused environment and wants to work alongside a collaborative and experienced team!
DETAILS
Monday-Friday
8:00am-5:00pm
Rotating Saturday coverage-on average work 1 Saturday every 5 weeks!
Practice full scope! Primary Care, Post-Op, & heavy Medical Optometry
Refer in-house to our Ophthalmologists! Cataract, Oculoplastic, Retina, Glaucoma, etc.
Average 35 patients per day with a well-trained support team including 2 dedicated techs to help you!
No OD call schedule
Work with a great group of ODs, MDs, & PAs!
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS Earning Potential: Up to $225,000 annually (including Base + % of Collections)
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance available
Health Insurance: Employer covers 75% of employee premium
Retirement: 401(k) with 4.5% company match
Paid Time Off:
3 weeks Vacation (available at hire)
1 week Sick time
5 days CE + $2,500 annual CE allowance
6 paid Holidays
