Optometrist | 4-Day Work Week | Up to $200K

Position Overview
• Full-scope medical optometry in a private, concierge-style practice • Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnose ocular disease • Treat conditions including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration • Work alongside a dedicated ophthalmic technician and virtual scribe • Join a highly personalized practice focused on exceptional patient care
Compensation
• Base Salary: $140,000 • Production Bonus Opportunity • Total Earning Potential Up to $200,000
Schedule
• Tuesday-Friday, 9:30 AM-5:00 PM • Four-Day Work Week (28 Hours) • Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays Off • 15-18 Patients Per Day

Requirements • Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree REQUIRED • Active Florida Optometry License or Ability to Obtain REQUIRED • Strong Clinical Skills in Medical Optometry • Experience Diagnosing and Treating Ocular Disease • Excellent Communication and Patient Care Skills • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
