What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive eye exams and effectively manage ocular diseases.
Provide specialty care services including contact lens fittings, myopia control, and dry eye management.
Make the most of advanced diagnostic technology and innovative treatment methods.
Collaborate with experienced optometrists and a highly skilled support team to provide top-notch patient care.
Participate in clinical studies and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills.

You'll have 1-2 techs assisting you, along with a front desk person, an optician, and in some locations, a vision therapist—all dedicated to making your day-to-day smoother and more productive.
Work with cutting-edge technology like retinal scan cameras, fundus cameras, ERG, VEP, OCT, slit lamp cameras, and more—ensuring you have everything you need to provide top-quality care.
An average workload of 16-20 patients per day with exams scheduled every 30 minutes, allowing you to focus on each patient without feeling rushed.

Requirements:
A valid state optometry license or one actively being obtained is required.
4th-year students encouraged to apply.
Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing eye conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
