Optometrist — Eyes NY
Saratoga Springs, New York | Full-time | $160,000–$200,000 base salary
Eyes NY is seeking a full-time optometrist to join our physician‑led ophthalmology and optometry practice in Saratoga Springs.
This is an opportunity to build lasting patient relationships and practice comprehensive and medical optometry alongside ophthalmologists. We’re looking for a clinician who values thoughtful patient care, sound clinical judgment, and collaboration.
What you’ll do
Provide comprehensive eye examinations, refractions, and vision assessments.
Diagnose and manage ocular conditions within your scope of practice, with access to ophthalmology colleagues for consultation and referral.
Participate in diabetic eye care, glaucoma monitoring, and preoperative and postoperative care.
Help patients understand their eye health, treatment options, and follow‑up needs.
Work closely with physicians, technicians, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated care.
What we’re looking for
Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program.
Active New York optometry license or eligibility for licensure before starting.
Strong interest in comprehensive and medical optometry.
Clear communication and a commitment to attentive, patient‑centered care.
A collaborative approach and reliable clinical documentation.
