Job Description
Optometrist needs to work in 2 offices, 30 mins away from each other, in Albany and Camilla, GA (4 days at the Albany location and 1 day at Camilla).
The next OD will need to perform excellent comprehensive eye exams. To ensure flawless accuracy in taking measurements and diagnosing ocular conditions. Explain eye health and prescription terminology to patients. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to patients.
Equipment
OCT, Visual Field, Phoropter, Optos, Eye Pressure, Etc.
Patients
OD will see an average of 25 patients/day
Salary
$600-$1000 a day based on how many patients you see
Hours
Mon - Thu (8 AM - 5 PM)
Friday (8 AM - 1 PM)
Weekends - once every 6-7 weeks (8 AM - 1 PM)
1 hour lunch
**All states require optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. degree from an accredited optometry school and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.**
