Job description
Optometrist: $205k Salary + Bonus, $10k Sign On, $15k Retention + No Weekends - Lexington, NC
Looking for a full time Optometrist that will enjoy full-scope Optometry including Medical to join a well-established practice in Lexington, North Carolina!
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:
$205,000 base, or 16% of revenue (whichever is greater);
$10,000 signing bonus
$15,000 retention bonus after 3 years
401k
3 weeks of PTO (increases over time)

CE Allowance
Reimbursements: OD License, AOA & State memberships, DEA registration, and Board Certification (if applicable)

SCHEDULE Monday-Friday No weekends!
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
