The practice is seeking a like minded, patient focused optometrist for a part time associate position with the intention of a gradual transition and potential buyout within 1–2 years. In the short term, temporary coverage will be needed for approximately four weeks during a planned medical leave, followed by an ongoing part time schedule. You’ll practice with advanced technology, including a Topcon automated phoropter system with autorefractor, topographer, and autolensometer, Optomap imaging, MMD Virtual Reality Headset visual fields, and Eyefinity Encompass EHR, enabling thorough exams and precise diagnoses. Responsibilities include seeing patients, charting in Eyefinity Encompass, assisting with select eyeglass and contact lens patient interactions, and providing direction to support staff on scheduled office days. This part‐time position for approximately 16 hours per week offers a manageable patient load of 10–15 patients per day, allowing time for personalized care and meaningful patient connections.**Who you are:**The ideal candidate brings strong contact lens knowledge along with excellent communication and people skills and has experience in glaucoma management and surgical co‐management. Comfort working with toric, RGP, and multifocal contact lenses is essential, along with a commitment to delivering personalized, high‐quality care.
