nFull-time medical optometrist - $200,000 base salary with $230,000 to $260,000 expected annual income + benefits

nRole Description
nThis is a full-time on-site medical optometrist role for our growing, patient-focused clinical team. This role offers clinical autonomy within a collaborative care model, with direct access to ophthalmology mentorship and surgical co-management. The position includes a guaranteed base salary plus performance bonuses, strong technician support, CME assistance, paid time off, healthcare and 401K matching. This is a long-term opportunity for a clinician who values teamwork, professionalism, and meaningful patient care.
nQualifications
nDoctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
nActive or eligible for state optometry licensure.
nStrong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills.
