Optometrist - Full-Time Float - $36K New Grad Incentive+ Up to $10K Sign- On Bonus - Chesterfield, MI
We are looking for a motivated Optometrist to join a well-established group in Chesterfield. MI!
DETAILS
Full-Time Float
4-5 days per week
2 Saturdays per month required (will have a weekday off when working a Saturday)
Must be willing to float to all of the following offices:
St.Clair Shores
Mt. Clemens
Chesterfield
Mostly Primary Eye Care
Great support team including billing manager, technicians, marketing, and opticians available
Updated technology provided: EMR, Retinal Cameras
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS W2/Employed
Competitive Base Salary + Bonuses
$36,000 New Grad Incentive for 2026 Grads and 2026 Residents
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
