Optometrist - Full-time - Full-Scope Private Practice - Williamsburg, VA
*Must bea Residency Trained Optometrist

What You’ll Need:
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
Valid VA state license to practice optometry
Primary care residency, specialty cornea contact lens residency, or experience with ocular disease management would be preferred
A strong work ethic, enthusiasm for your profession and, a motivated, ownership oriented mentality

We see a variety of cases, from ocular disease management, glaucoma, dry eye, and neurological problems like sudden vision loss to complex contact lens fittings! Support: We believe strongly in working as a team and ensuring that every team member will be able to thrive, so you’ll have a fantastic support system working alongside you. You will be working with the head doctor, the front desk, technicians, scribes, and our practice manager!
Schedule: We value work-life balance -no weekends ! We offer a Full-Time schedule of 8 am to 5 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and a long day of 9:30 am to 7 pm on Tuesday. Our ODs typically see 20 patients a day, and about 3 to 4 an hour so that they have ample time to spend with their patients!
