Base salary of $150,000+ in your first year – with a lucrative production bonus (17% of production, paid quarterly, year 2+)
Full-time or part-time flexibility: 40 hours/week or 24 hours (minimum 3 days/week)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide comprehensive vision and eye health exams (typically 2 per hour, plus progress or CL checks)
Deliver outstanding, personalized care that makes a great first (and lasting!) impression
Collaborate with techs, scribes, and opticians for seamless patient experiences
Leverage advanced tech and ongoing training to support best-in-class outcomes

What We’re Looking For:
Licensed OD in Utah (required)
Ideally 1-2 years’ experience, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
Passion for delivering patient-centered care
