Position
Optometrist – Medical Co‑management
Location: West Valley (Phoenix area)
Responsibilities
Manage medical cases for ophthalmology patients.
Conduct pre‑ and post‑operative visits.
Collaborate with MDs and ODs in a co‑management model.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
Experience in medical co‑management with ophthalmology practice.
Spanish speaking required.
