nGood Eye Optometry is an established, boutique optometry practice located in the heart of Brentwood, Los Angeles. For more than 20 years, we have combined advanced clinical care with personalized service and a curated, high-end optical experience.

nOur patients value the time and attention they receive, as well as our expertise in comprehensive eye care, specialty contact lenses, myopia management, and advanced dry eye treatment. Our modern practice is equipped with OCT, OPTOS retinal imaging, meibography, corneal topography, IPL, radiofrequency, and other advanced diagnostic and treatment technology.

nWe are looking for a personable and clinically skilled Optometrist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and providing thoughtful, individualized care. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants to practice beyond routine eye exams and grow within a progressive, privately owned practice.

nWhat You’ll Do

nProvide comprehensive eye examinations with a thorough, patient-centered approach

nDiagnose and manage ocular disease, dry eye, and ocular surface conditions

nPerform IPL and radiofrequency treatments, with training provided as needed

nFit soft, scleral, specialty, and premium contact lenses

nParticipate in myopia-management and specialty-care programs

nEducate patients clearly about diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle-based vision solutions

nRecommend appropriate eyewear and lens solutions based on each patient’s visual needs

nCollaborate with an experienced, close-knit, service-focused team

nHelp strengthen and expand the practice’s specialty services

nWhat We’re Looking For

nDoctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program

nActive California optometry license in good standing

nStrong clinical judgment and attention to detail

nExcellent communication skills and chairside manner

nA warm, professional, and polished approach to patient care

nInterest or experience in dry eye management, specialty contact lenses, or myopia management

nA dependable team player who values quality, integrity, and exceptional service

nNew graduates with strong clinical skills and a genuine desire to learn are welcome to apply
