What you'll do:

As the Associate Doctor of Optometry, you'll provide comprehensive eye exams and deliver specialty services including medical optometry, sports vision, and specialty contact lens fittings in a busy, patient-centered practice that values quality over quantity. Working 35-40 hours per week, you'll use advanced technology such as Zeiss Visual Fields and OCT, a Topcon corneal topographer, and Optomap to support thorough, high-quality care. Minimum Qualifications: Optometry license in the state of Indiana

For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFM)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFM), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
