We offer a flexible schedule, top-tier compensation, and a highly supportive, collaborative team environment. What We Offer: Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 to help welcome you to the team! Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 | year + Performance Bonuses & Full Benefits (Salary and sign-on bonus prorated for part-time candidates). Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:30 am - 5 pm (No nights, no weekends!) Flexibility: Fully open to both Full-Time (4 day work week) and Part-Time candidates-we will customize the schedule to fit your lifestyle. Qualifications: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry. Eligible for or currently holding an active Florida Optometrist License.
