Eyes On Eyecare in Springfield, MA is seeking a medically-focused Optometrist for a five-year ownership pathway as current owners transition toward retirement.
The role features a Tuesday and Friday anchored schedule, strong technical support, a high patient flow (4–7 per hour), and a profit-sharing plan with compensation up to $180k. Ideal candidates will manage disease-heavy caseloads and maintain clinical autonomy.
