Salary Range $145,000 – $180,000 per year
Schedule Full-time
Optometrist — Ownership Track (Springfield, MA) A well‑established medical optometry practice in Springfield is seeking a medically‑focused OD interested in a five‑year ownership pathway as the current owners transition toward retirement.

Clear succession track leading to ownership
Strong technical support — techs handle all entrance testing up to dilation
Efficient workflow: 4–7 patients per hour
Anchored schedule on Tuesdays and Fridays
Flexible 3–5 day workweek
Profit sharing and compensation up to $180k
Disease‑heavy caseload (glaucoma, diabetes, medical optometry)
