Flexible schedule 4 to 5 days a week Monday through Friday, no evenings, no weekends, no call. The compensation structure offers a well-above-average income for optometrists, complemented by quarterly performance-based bonuses (Can make over 200k per year), with full benefits. A closely-knit staff is of paramount importance, which is why it is important to hire an individual who shares the dedication to nurturing strong employee relationships. The practice boasts over 6 modern exam rooms equipped with cutting-edge instruments, allowing you to deliver thorough and top-tier eye care.
