Seattle Vision Clinic in Seattle, Washington is seeking a full-scope Associate Optometrist to join its established, community-focused practice. This opportunity is open to new graduates and offers the chance to provide comprehensive eye care in a supportive environment where doctors can build meaningful patient relationships, manage a variety of ocular health needs, and continue developing their clinical expertise.
Founded in 1945 and located in the heart of Seattle's Chinatown, Seattle Vision Clinic has proudly provided exceptional, full-scope eye care for generations of families in the community. This established practice is known for its advanced medical management of eye disease, dry eye treatment, and specialty contact lens care, while continuing to grow through modern innovation and expanded services. With a close-knit team of nine employees, the practice offers an inviting environment where doctors can build lasting patient relationships, manage complex ocular conditions, and help shape the future of care through opportunities such as lid surgery, continued disease management, and expanded myopia management.
What you'll do
As an Associate Optometrist, you'll provide full-scope care that goes beyond routine primary eye exams, serving as a healthcare detective who delivers individualized solutions for each patient. You'll see 10 to 20 patients per day while conducting comprehensive eye exams, fitting contact lenses, and managing complex ocular conditions such as glaucoma and dry eye. The role also offers the opportunity to use modern diagnostic technology, including OCT and digital retinal imaging, while maintaining efficient and accurate charting in electronic health record systems. In addition to strong clinical expertise, success in this role requires a patient-first mindset, clear communication, and the ability to translate clinical findings into reassuring, easy-to-understand recommendations. You'll work closely with office staff, opticians, and fellow doctors to support a collaborative environment and deliver high-quality care without sacrificing the patient experience.

Optometry license in Washington
