Optometry Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $121.25 - $131.25
This facility is seeking an Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
* Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm
* Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
* Types of Cases: Routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, redeye, eye urgencies, and emergencies
* Credentialing Timeframe: 45 - 60 days
* Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
* Certifications Required: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Card and Glaucoma Certified
* Licensure Required: Active California license is required
