Job description
Healthier-Mississippi-People-LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, develop, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients in an assigned clinical area. You will coordinate patient scheduling, maintain records and manage admissions while liaising with case managers and home health staff to ensure coordinated services.
The role includes patient and family education, safety oversight, and participation in hospital committees to improve patient care.
