St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee unit staffing, patient care plans, and staff development within the operating room environment.
You will coordinate care across teams, participate in hiring and performance reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a patient‑centered focus.
