Job description
Gastroenterology Procedure/Surgery Scheduler - DaysSamaritan Gastroenterology serves Linn, Benton, Lincoln, and parts of Marion and neighboring counties. Our team of physicians, physician associates, nurses, and support staff work together to provide full-spectrum care of our patients' digestive health.Key Responsibilities:Schedule procedures/surgeries per physician orders.Answer incoming calls from patients regarding preparation instructions for upcoming procedures.Provide clear, accurate, and compassionate guidance while addressing patient questions and concerns.Ensure patients understand required preparation steps to support a positive care experience.Experience/Education/Qualifications Note: Previous Surg...Bestica is an equal opportunity employer.
