Job description
DESCRIPTION
Working under general supervision in Perioperative Services, assists with ordering surgical supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory PAR levels on a daily basis. Sort daily supply deliveries, rotate and replenish stock items, advise supervisor of delivery/purchasing errors; pull and process outdated supply items. Store supplies in a neat, clean, and orderly manner; breakdown and remove cardboard packaging and shipping materials. Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum one (1) year of appropriate/related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Recent experience in a customer service role, preferably in a large, complex healthcare environment.
Must possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to this position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an approved healthcare training/certification program.
Previous Supply Chain ERP/MMIS ordering knowledge.
Knowledge of ORSOS, Pro Click, and Microsoft Office.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $60,406 - $60,406 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $28.93 - $28.93
