Job description
Pellahealth in Iowa is seeking a Surgery Nursing Supervisor to lead the operating room nursing team, oversee daily surgical operations, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
You will supervise OR nurses and support staff, manage staffing, monitor patient care before, during, and after procedures, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to maintain efficient services.
A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a work commitment.
