Job description
AtlantiCare is seeking an OR Team Leader for the Mainland Campus Operating Room. The role leads the OR/PACU team, coordinates the interdisciplinary plan of care, and ensures alignment with medical treatment plans.
Responsibilities include staffing, assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation via the care process. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years OR/PACU experience, an NJ RN license, and BLS/HCP certification, with ACLS/CNOR preferred.
