Job Description
Sign-On Bonus $25,000 and Relocation $3,000 (eligibility requirements apply)
Shifts: Tues, Wed, Thursday 7pm to 7am
Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments. (Required)
Works independently, self-motivated, takes direction from physician and management to complete assignments. (Required)
Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, Immediate use sterilization policy and procedures. (Required)
Must be proficient in English. (Required)
Ability to communicate effectively. (Required)
Education
Associate's of Nursing. (Required)
Bachelor's of Nursing. (Preferred)
Field of Study
N/A
Work Experience
1+ year medical surgical experience. (Required)
1+ year surgery experience. (Preferred)

Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS). (Preferred)

Registered Nurse (RN). (Required)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS). (Preferred)
ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD). (Preferred)
