Job description
Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join a collaborative surgical team. You will work side-by-side with surgeons to provide perioperative care, supporting patients before, during, and after surgery in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time RNFA role requires CNOR and RN-First Assistant training within one year of hire, with BLS/ACLS also within the first year.
